Guys, wanna ask - where can I get wheat germ? And what is it? I think can get in most chinese herbal shops right? What is it called in mandarin?

Wheat Germ:
The vitamin-rich embryo of the wheat kernel that is separated before milling for use as a cereal or food supplement.

Wheat:
1. Any of various annual cereal grasses of the genus Triticum of the Mediterranean region and southwest Asia, especially T. aestivum, widely cultivated in temperate regions in many varieties for its commercially important edible grain.
2. The grain of any of these grasses, ground to produce flour used in breadstuffs and pasta.

In BM if not mistaken is GANDUM. Tepung gandum is made out of wheat. Wheat Flour for bread.

You know OATS? QUAKER OATS that we usually eat for breakfast? I think it is the same family.

Where to get? Go to supermarket like Giant, under the CEREAL section, you will be able to find this glass bottle with red label and cap. It is the Roasted Wheat Germ.

Awww... Chiwek is so cute. Heheh everybody is feeling the separation effects of leaving their SGs for a short while. I didn't cry though, but I fretted about them everyday I was away.

I got attacked by Rene yesterday. Spent the whole day cleaning their cage with my friend. And to reward them for staying in the bag I gave them mealworms. Rene attacked my hand with claws and fangs just as I was giving the mealworm to Roscoe. Amd I already gave her plenty I didn't know she was so fierce!
