Anyone here did the vdroop mod for the DS3 anot? Wanna know if it helped you.
It's so easy based on VR's guide that I will probably do it if I had a DS3. smile.gif Just connect two contacts with a conductive pen.

66c should be ok...my typhoon vx is pushing the temp to 60-61 on hot day, or 59-60 on not so hot day...so, using xp120 with that temp should be ok...

it was easytune but if using coretemp, would be around 5c higher...

What if I get a pair of performance RAMs and use it together with another pair of Corsair VS RAMs, will the CVS bottleneck the new rams?

Recently, really busy with Broadwater launch. A lot of work needs to be done; and that took me away from LYN. Apologize for that.

Anyway, the reason the X6800 is the best to OC is because of the upward multiplier. In the D975XBX, the max multiplier is an unrealistic 60X !!

Just finish setup my e6300+ds3 today, OC it to 2.8ghz straight out from the box, thanx to help from Austin tongue.gif . But my temp seems worryingly high, load 50c at 1.86ghz, probably due to the mounting vmad.gif
