Your Singapore co will withhold 15% of your salary and pay it to the govt. COme the year end, you need to recalculate your yearly income and compare against what was previously already paid, and see whether they owe u or u owe them..

The 15% of salary is based on the monthly salary or the total salary I earned from the company?

Think foreign fruits infected with SARS. Local fruits suddenly all die. Burn half of the trees. Orchards owners no rice feed kids. Middle class and elite class not affected. Lower class tree pipu eat leaves for months.

Now SG has turned anti foreigners.
They are crying mother and father becuase Pinoy in Singapore are celebrating national day in Singapore.
So of course the government is feeling the heat and therefore have to do something about it, especially the banking sector which is dominated primarily by foreigners

Operations? Honestly your chances are slim with just 3 years of Mandatory CA Ops exp, since it's not exactly an experience base which is hard to find among Sinkie/PRs. IMO your best bet would be to try get involved in projects, work, anything with some people in SG, and get them to pull you over through internal transfer.
