*
it's best that you have a SG local number and address if possible.

Guys, one of my fren told me that work permit holder can no longer comes to singapore for work once they stopped the job and return back to country. Is that true?
*
not true. You can come back to work again as long as you can secure a job with a WorkPass.

Singtel is incoming call free for now. It'll remain unchanged for the duration of your contract (2 years) if it's been offered when u sign your contract.

Hi. Just want to ask, let say I'm working in companyA with EP. If I change job to companyB,  what do I need to provide? I think companyB will apply new EP for me but will they know the details of my EP with companyA?

Thanks in advance.

Sg system is so closely link that it comes as no surprise if the database is accessible. Anyway all is facts and that's about all to it, unless you got something to hide.

hi anyone pass medical checkup if having lung scar? Is it possible to pass medical checkup for Singapore work pass if there is an old lung scar in X-ray? Please share the experience...
*
The MOM only interested in TB.
The company might wanna find out more on this scarred lung, the history behind it, make sure it's nothing serious.
I have a colleague, x-ray showing his lung got a dark spot around 50 cents diameter. End up it's cancer ohmy.gif

jail and whip?  doh.gif my friend lost his IC 3 times... i hope they dont whip him..

I also have a friend who lost his Sg blue NRIC for the 3rd time. Totally disbelief that ppl can be so careless with such an important piece document. If it takes a whipping to wake him up, I'll say go for it.

Btw, any comments on some of the salaries posted in this sg forum?

Link: http://forums.salary.sg/income-jobs/831-ho...ng-per-annum...

To be taken with a pinch of salt? Or are the 100k/200k p.a. salaries in sg that common?
*
if you follow the conversations in this forum long enough, you'll notice most of forumers here who are in banking industry easily earn > s$100k p.a.
