7% discount for plat and above for agoda...

yes Credit card(i call to inform/report them) Cancel Minute after i receive Phone MSG regarding Unauthorized charges.." and File a Dispute... but eh.. xx This happen IN UK (was student there 5 year ago) i just call and they block reverse charge(charge back). all this settle/Solve in 2-3 working day... Just filed in my application for Plat CB also. It's practically a free card now that the old GST is gone.

Mean he is offering me 2 cards in one single application. Not sure I have the term correctly or not but I had it twice with MBB2Card and HLB Dual Card (Wise + GSC).

1st cc was mbb they gave at least 2x my salary.
2nd cc was this cimb rebate only gave me 0.8x my salary. vmad.gif
3rd cc which was I just got at least gave me 2x my salary as well.

CIMB is not generous towards me. sweat.gif

I was told that I will be put under the dual card promo, too.

When I asked about what's the benefits of getting 2 cards (1 of the card being the generic card), I was told 2 cards will be given and they both sharing credit limit.

Thought it through and there is no added value, I insisted only 1 card and not 2.

I think it's just the matter of the credit card telemarketers to sell 2 cards (volume).

Why need 2 when 1 is all that you need. The 2nd card is a generic card that gets you 1 bonus point per RM1.
knowing the current trend of bonus point reward, I rather not, even if it's free.

The agent also told me the same and I told him, I don't need another card to collect points.
I will just stick to the Cash Rebate Plat.
