Thanks. once you logged on the cimbclicks you go to *Apply For* > *Credit Card. then fill up the forms. piece of cake. edit: don't forget the soft copies of your payslips and epf statement. you gonna attach it later after finished up the forms. I just filled up whatever sent by the officer to me. Then, checked back the email correspondence and noticed the application form itself is called FATCA application form. Just wrote back to the officer whom I dealt with earlier, asked him to check internally and if it is so troublesome then I don't want to proceed with this application anymore. you should applied thru cimbclicks. less hassle. straight forward.
