Hello, Unauthorized Charges"

AT 2am 19 April i receive phone msg from CIMB(i have CIMB Direct access Platinum) that i bought a Holiday tour, my cards charge by ORBITZ.com $USD 964.85 and RAKUTEN PRICEMIN amount of Euro $21.75 total this Illegal/unauthorized charge cost my CC RM4K++ so i do what natural ppl receive a illegal charge 2am wake up sweating panic call Cimb/direct access i did not authorize the charge, i did not made the purchase... so OP inform me the charge is denied/ my CC is cancel new cards is on the way... so i gone back to sleep and next morning i call again CC service center i ask .. i was shock i been charge minus my current cc balance... :shock... they say i need to write letter inform cimb to file a Dispute towards the charge... i am upset.. but i wrote letter / send them EMAIL they inform me dispute take 45days to be resolve... and is under investigation... xxx

My question.. have any one Experience this ? on CIMB CC... what the outcome as i am worried!!! RM4K+ is almost 80% my monthly pay sad.gif xx please ADVISE! opinion... xx thank you...

eh.. right.. ANY story on unauthorized Charges" ?? and how long it take solve a Dispute towards charge on CIMB DirectAccess ? ? unauthorized charge amount to RM4K+... any similar story ?? thx...

hm i did not do police report.. and the unauthorized charge is done on internet.. xx hmm.gif d a m... should i done Police report ? as CIMB did not advise to make police report as CC not been stolen hmm.gif and my previous CC i already destroy it... and new CC been activate 3 days after this happen. x

yes Credit card(i call to inform/report them) Cancel Minute after i receive Phone MSG regarding Unauthorized charges.." and File a Dispute... but eh.. xx This happen IN UK (was student there 5 year ago) i just call and they block reverse charge(charge back). all this settle/Solve in 2-3 working day... WELCOME TO CREDIT COMPANY MALAYSIA" Wait 45 Days... sad.gif x
