Depend how u submit the process.

Sometime can take 2 weeks or even longer.

U can walk in to any CIMB Card center to apply and u might get the card in 1 hour.

It does not matter whether for beginner.
The cash rebate is depend on your spending.

For CIMB cash rebate card is for those ppl spend for online tx.
The MBB 2 card is for those people spend on those merchant which accept AMEX.
