TnG Zing Card got auto reload fee, if I not mistaken RM100 is RM1, RM200 is RM2 and RM300 is RM3. and maybe auto reload fee + 6% GST right now.

If i buy something online with payment in USD, is it consider online transaction (entitled for 5% rebate) or oversea transaction?

it will be overseas transaction so will kena the cross border fees so you will get back only 4.2% rebate

So many CS confirmed that my card was sent to the office yet eventually sent to my permanent residence which has nobody at home. It is back in my hometown and my sister went back yesterday and saw there was a slip left by Poslaju.

Immediately called them last night and got really angry with them. I kept on following the status but yet nobody bothered to call me back after checking the tracking details. Probably knew they screwed up already and don't dare to call me back.

Anyway, I was really angry and they said they need to get the card sent back to their HQ and resend to my office. I said I will not accept this kind of service and solution. Finally, the guy said will request to block the old card and resend a new card to my office without waiting for the old card to go back to HQ.

Let's see. Simple instruction. I have put in my email and even in my application form, card to be sent to office. Like that also can screw up.

If so, still better than MBB's zing card whereby they charge RM2 for RM100 reload, total charge RM102.12.

Updated: just checked the reload fee, RM100 is charge for RM 1.59

I had also requested the card send to my office but end up sent to my resident address.

I have to travel to pos office during weekend to pick up my card.

I think CIMB outsource the work to contractor. I saw my card being sent out from Pos Laju Cheras. The contractor must be reside some where in Cheras.

Sigh, those days with Direct Access, it was sent to my office with no issue.

Beside, last time they allow me to pick up the card at one of the nearest branch. Now not allowed anymore. Same for the cheque book, they only have option deliver to house.

But when I tried to link manually, it prompts error. Do I need to call CS or go to the branch?

Of course you need to call CS, it won't get resolve by its own

It's auto linked for me. Though I haven't got my card but I could see my credit card details from CIMB Clicks.

I called the CS (CC dept and CIMBClicks dept).

The CC dept can't do anything as they asked to call the CIMBClicks dept.

The CIMBClicks dept asked to send my details to cimbclicks@cimb.com

I question them about the security since so many personal details are being sent via email. They said no concern as long as it's sent to correct address.

I asked if can do it at the branch, they said no as the branch will refer back to the CIMBClicks dept.

That's very strange because I already have an existing CIMB Clicks account and they just auto-linked for me.
I thought it should be done automatically without being asked.

I have closed my old CIMB/CIMBClicks account few years ago.

The current one is my "new" CIMB/CIMBClicks account.
