Apart from the build proposed by Minecrafter, you can also consider the Bitfenix Shadow casing, RM229.[OFFICIAL]Rig Suggestion Q&A Thread V5!

QUOTE(Phsycoidiot @ May 7 2014, 01:03 AM) Hi all! I'm planning on a rig right now to be made from somewhere within December 2014 to April 2014. I'll be using it as a Digital Audio Workstation whilst it being able to handle gaming. I know it's a long way to go, but I'd rather start on my list now then later. I suggest that you wait till August 2014 at least to get a better quote, SSD and RAM price may drop, there's the new Intel chip coming soon, as well as new AMD chips as well» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « These are my required components. If you know where to get the components for a really cheap price, do PM me Location: Petaling Jaya Budget: RM4500// Usage: Gaming, Video Editing, Pro Audio Editing Required list before: 15th December 2014 Thanks in advance! |

Hi all, decided to build one desktop after my laptop died serving for 4 yrs. I am really outdated from recent hardware so decided to post here to get some help and advice from you all. ARIGATOOOO!!
[[Budget] Wish to invest for 3-5yrs usage, so I will set my budget higher to 5k. [Purpose] Movies, wish to enjoy good quality of high end gaming experiences. No OC. [Hardwares that will be re-use] I have one unit of 120GB Samsung 840 evo SSD. [Monitor resolution] Probably will get a 23inch 1080p LED monitor, or any other recommendation? [Games & softwares that use frequently] Wish to learn some photo editing technique in the future. Heard from my friend that watchdog is coming out soon? Gonna try that out! [Personal preferences] I5 is good enough? Or should I just go for i7? Saw some comment of gtx780 is good in term of performance and noise. Ya I think I prefer quiet GC. Thanks! |
