I am using 3800+ X2 from Jian Yi's bulk...currently 2600mhz stable @ 1.55Vcore :S

sjn hassan, i thought yours can do 2.3GHz at stock vcore. Looks like in the end, we got the same chip, sad to say our batch sux.

the chip will withstand 1.55-1.6 on good air cooling, depends on temperature. I'm on 1.55-1.57V for 2.6GHz. Lousy chip

really scared ler.. last time i managed to boot into window at 1.55v@2.8Ghz but now already can't boot at all if i use that setting anymore rclxub.gif need to pump vcore.. that y i ask how much can 1 juice my proc.. hmm.gif

will try to push more.. maybe burn in can help.. hmm.gif

currently running 1.5v@2.7Ghz.. dun dare to increase the voltage anymore even my full load temp is around 47-49c..

no la...the highest i've try only 1.45v.That's why i'm asking what the highest vcore for x2 am2 proc??

Mobo = Gigabyte GA-M55PLUS-S3G (bios version F7)

Processor = AMD X2 3800+ (2.0 ghz)

Ram = Cosair XMS2 Twinx 5400C4 (512mb x2)

HSF = CoolerMaster HyperTX

u'r pic shows 2.3 not 3.2GHz blush.gif

try to lower u'r LDT.set to 4.u'r HTT kinda high 1150MHz.Maybe this disturb the stability

just search in u'r BIOS setting.there should be an option from 1 to 5.The current setting is 5.Try to lower the number to 4

GIGA M55SLI-S4 is suffering problem for the LDT multiplier.

Anyway, you can try to adjust the LDT by pressing CTRL + F1. It is a hidden setting for giga board if not mistaken smile.gif
