Any recommendations on what mobo to get that is reasonably priced (around RM400) and good for overclocking?

my intention was to buy corsair value select at first place, but says viewnet they will always bring in mushkin, not just temporary..so, i grab these mushkin loh..next time i can buy another and pair it for dual channel.. rclxms.gif btw..it is not the enhanced or tuner series..

Some people don't really bother overclocking the RAM.... so M2N-E is probably a nice choice, considering it had better features compare to Biostar or MSI.

*
same goes to me..i intended the mn2e at first..becos of its features..plus it has the heatpipe.. drool.gif but then, i wonder if i am going to stand its vdimm core..im not the extreme OCers..but who knows the time when i need it..thats y i choose biostar..(since DFI wasnt in the market yet at dat time)

soulfly..u are migrating to DFI now??saw u sigs there rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(camedemac @ Sep 9 2006, 07:34 PM)
if TForce 6100

go to Bios

OC Navigator

Memory Clock Value or Limit, change it there..!!

For CPU/6 try go to the first page tongue.gif

For example,

CPU Default speed = 2000MHz
Ram Speed = 333.33 (DDR667)

So if u divide 2000 by 333.33, u will get 6 aite?
that means ur divider for ur RAM is CPU/6

If u oc your CPU 250x10=2500MHz
that means ur ram run at 2500/6 = 416.67MHz

Another Example

CPU Default Speed = 2000MHz
RAM Speed = 400 (DDR800)

2000/400 = 5
So, Ram divider now is CPU/5

If u oc ur CPU to 250x10 = 2500MHz
That means ur Ram run at 2500/5 = 500MHz
*
this is what ive been looking, btw, bro soulfly, care to elaborate on the cpu multi?
how cpu multi collaborate with calculations above?
