Nope, not agent. It's the roadshow by HLB themselves. I got their name card too. They say HLB no longer outsource credit card application to 3rd party. Even cross checked with other staff too.

And to prevent getting some "loan" offer calls also

They put my case under investigation and will get back to me in 2 - 3 days time. They said according to the system, I applied for platinum. I said no way, their SA should have changed my application. I asked to retrieve my application form.

I only give my crossed photostat ic and form BE. Nothing else. Btw, i think u from penang too right? Just FYI, the branch that process my application was the pulau tikus branch opposite of church.

Have to see your monthly total spending. If you can make it full rm2000, sure WISE and MBB dual cards. They offer the best rate with least T&C.
If above rm2000, UOB will be the next card.

What I usually do is, ask them for a photocopy after signing the form, it is even better if you can ask them to photocopy together with their name card.

for MBB dual cards, most of the merchants do not accept amex, and the mastercard seems no much usage.

Called Hong Leong CS just now and was informed that my wise gold had been approved..
now waiting for delivery ...

MBB's master/Visa I can say is useless, I use it for installment plan only.
Yup, using CC to swipe cash using your way are good. I can say inside that rm1000 I spent on WISE, rm400 is I helping my relative to spend

I don't carry mbb2 mastercard platinum with..not so useful...
however I still use mbb2 visa infinite coz I still can earn 1 enrich mile with rm2.25 spent...

because i gonna renovate my house soon, and i believe i have to spend a lot, so i can fully utilize with my card.
currently using ocbc and citi clear (going to terminate soon), but think this both are quite useless.

When doing renovation, I use cash. As most of the time those ID or renovator that accepting CC charge higher than normal.
A rm1000 job they over charge you for rm3000, get back rm30 also can't offset another rm1970 lost
If you insist on what to get slaughter, OCBC's 1% unlimited will be good for you.

for those renovation & carpentry i will pay by cash.
but for those electric equipment, i plan to pay by card then: TV, fridge, etc

I tried to register my card in maxis pay.
