they mus be worried la but if low floors sell back then they untung cos it's easy to sell low floors one..

I think Shah Alam's disposable income is quite high..got seksyen 7 mansions all..

I wanna see wthr AEON has the 'Black' Aeon in Shah Alam or not... and whether they will set up Index Mall here..

cannot let tenant to suffer in a block with 3 lifts
not even flip to others
good man ensures conducive living environment for tenants and future buyers...
yes always one is smelly cos they use to transfer rubbish...
what lift supplier they use? good one?
