I made a call 2 days ago and the staff also told me approx from 400psf
 3 different types come with 1-3 bedrooms. Targeted launch by Aug but forget to check whether they will launch retail or apartment first.  Anyway, she helps me to register through the phone. Thinking what is the actual selling price and package. |

Better to have our own due diligent through few channel before invest to any property. Now I realize that forum is only for reference as lot info might not accurate after read through some of the review here... Just my 2 cent comment.
