I think is 0.25, cannot remember. but not including carpark.....

Everyone is angry at the maintenance cost here. And I'm no exception. Found out only when I book the unit. Made worse that other SA told me about the additional cost. Controlled my temper towards the SA since they also care makan only.

Wanted to take snap a photo of their presentation book on the additional maintenance cost. The SA also paiseh and afraid. Only can write down on the cost calculation on a piece of paper.

Show only that they are also uncertain about it.

i think the SA's and staff are nice people la. they are just not briefed by senior management. pity them and us the investors.

ya if this doesn't work out well coupled with their pangaea scandal, more osk buyers will be reminding buyers about future OSK projects..

Nevertheless, I'm giving them a chance to REDUCE the maintenance fees and will be ok with the 3 lifts but WON'T BE OK with paying RM400 for 3 lifts only drool.gif

I'm only interested in paying maintenance fees for bare units. A/c ledge & car park is just rubbish.

I'm with you. Let's get it done
