guys, may i know roughly when to sign S&P? Do i need to get bank loan now??? this is my first property so im abit lost..

Too many factors for me. (non investment related)
Plus waifu also bising alrd..time to spend money for other things la (*cough*kids*cough*)

Maybe gonna take some breaks in d next few years on this thing laugh.gif, but i love reading property progress at sides which i feel very attached for (im not businessman weiii..sikit2 boleh la..small potato)
At first im very skeptical with this emira coz osk painted their reputation with pangea issues...but after reading this thread..seems like few of the forumers did well on convincing these 2 projects are totally different.

Which is true. For me price is OK. Location wise very handsome (im a big local football fan)..very close to our parents too..library..there u go..markets..kiri kanan.. matured area..
