This really depend on how much down payment u paid.
If 10% down payment only, sure cannot cover.

if say like that sure can la i buy 1M i pay 90% cash, hooorayy my rental can cover my installments with positive cash flow.

HAHAHA.. i always calculate using 10% DP.. then see wthr can cover installment or not.. ull see ttdi adina la can cover or not.. the 1 bedder is too "big" shld be abt 500 sqft then better.

can. u have to put 2x of bunker bed. mean ur unit can accommodate to 4 pax of students. then charge each student RM 350. You get around 1.4K per month. haha. like i said, sardine lo.

Nur said the RM9 billion project would begin from the Bandar Utama Mass Rapid Transit station, which was under construction.

“The line will go on to Tropicana before cutting across Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park, heading for Shah Alam via Section 13 near the Shah Alam Stadium, Universiti Teknologi Mara in Section 2 and i-City in Section 7.

“The train will then travel down Bukit Raja to the Klang KTM Komuter station before heading further south for Bukit Tinggi and Johan Setia,” he said, adding that there would be 26 stations in the route.
