I tend to put lower as possible , so any thing happen is still within my limit to manage . Of course 1500 is better

section 13 is great, you see all the commercial things going on there. Summore access is on par with PJ, 2 highways to KL, 2 main road to PJ/USJ (glenmarie, federal). Somemore got hospital walking distance MSU (Hospital), Supermarket, Stadium, Extreme park). Commercial scene is great. Cinema can go to U8. The price is a bit steps. Thats why recommended for own stay. If im rich for sure i will buy one.
