Emira is under Commercial title. Thus the loan only can get 80% instead of 90% right?

Received this sms from SA, what mean?
Dear Valued Emira Residence buyer, please be informed that due to coming implementation GST, loan disbursement fee will have additional cost. Because there is items in the disbursement that attracts GST. Total is RM1000+ 6% GST?
