guys,
when will we know the built of our unit? proper measurement and all. fairly new to renovation and i want to start studying asap. u guys have any idea? i asked my agent but no reply.
also, what is our tariff code for our commercial land? i am still studying the possibilities to switch the bill from commercial to residential

The only way to save on utilities is to share ur internet la. others all must use power saving lights etc.. i also wanna know the proper measurement to estimate the furniture/size ahead of time.. I recently spoke to an individual contemplating on the viability of a higher floor 1 bedroom with 2cp in the tenant market.
Honestly, at more than 400k for a spacious 1 bedder, u could park your money elsewhere as U would need 4 students (willing to share a room) to rent your unit.. Moreover, the supply of new residences in Sect 13 n 25 is quite high with Piaza Kayangan, TTDI gateway, metia, Menara u2 & others coming up.
On the flip side, you'd have KDU kids as well.
As I expect a looming price correction or stagnation, one should think twice before simply BBBing to rent/flip out.

Your Crystal ball says how many % appreciation?

2bedders almost finish, i think left 2 units(highest floor)
1bedder left 20%+ as i can remember.
as yesterday @ 5-6pm at starprop, they manage to sell 3 units for 3 day show.
decided to drop this as no more 2 bedder.
1 bedder scare canot rent & sell..
upon completion, 20% should be achievable due to location & dev reputation

Got one unit 883 at 15th floor facing aeon open. Can ask OSK agent to keep you update of any opening.
