for those on the lower floors/aeon view, can still enjoy the view from the skydeck..

Is true.....holding power is important for higher capital appreciation.....many thing will also affect this like completion date of lrt and the effective of management.

Another minus point is only 3 lift and unit per floor is 20 units.......

i think maintenance will be good at the price point la.. If the AEON can attract good tenants n possibly Index Living Mall with good FnB options albeit Halal, than the price can rise very well also la..
