Oh the dead place.. no wonder OSK rent there la.. mus be cheap but good frontage... I think the sales galerry is not a showunit la... don't think they can build the showunit so fast

As i was scrolling through wikimapia, someone edited the outline of a new project that is under construction on the other side of AEON.

Piazza D kayangan that is made up of 4-5 storey shop offices n 3 blocks of apartments at one end of the development that might partially block Emira (facing AEON)'s distant view la..But the added shop/offices will provide FnB options n convenience to Emira buyers.

Just informing u'll la.. the apartments r very near the Federal highway

D kayangan landed houses by lebar daun have alot of problems. Its what made lebar daun got blacklisted years back. Poor workmanship, late delivery, not attending defects.
