Honestly, at more than 400k for a spacious 1 bedder, u could park your money elsewhere as U would need 4 students (willing to share a room) to rent your unit.. On the flip side, you'd have KDU kids as well.

As I expect a looming price correction or stagnation, one should think twice before simply BBBing to rent/flip out.
