is totally Chinaman mentality, work on public holidays, even stay at ofis till midnite to finish work...

Anyway, if salary is the only yardstick u use to determine if a company is chinaman company or not. Then it isn't a fair comparison between chinaman company (cmc) and other companies. My 2 cents

i don't see much wrong with most of the items above. most japanese mnc practice the same things.

i'm just curious, what were you expecting when you apply for a job? go to work at 10am whatsapp and fb all day long while taking 2 hour lunch and going home on time? if you were the boss and all your life saving is poured into the company, part of which went to pay your staff salary, and your staff show some tidak apa attitude "i'm just an employee and i want my right" kind, are you happy?

For me, if possible, i will terminate them and ask them to pay me back all the salary they have taken from me. Its no different than robbing your employers.

Stumbled upon this thread while looking for company background.

Got a call from W!llowgen MSC for Assistant Engineer position. He said need to sign 1-year contract for the job. A trap?

Anyone working with this company before? Can share experience?

1) job promotion is based on favoritism. if bosses no favour u, u will be outta the company very very soon.

2) management has full veto power and don't listen to staffs.

3) if you help out in that particular job, eventually the job will be yours and you will bear the full brunt if you don't achieve the target / objectives. if you achieve it, than you'll be loaded more of it.

4) never say "no" to the management or you will die sooner than u think.

Wiley Global Services Sdn Bhd. Is a Australian company but the Malaysia's branch is rule by a chinese kiamsiap hokkien lang. Treat all the staffs like a Chinaman company.

Medical claim rm50
most office needs to work 5.5 days to 6days
No ot claim, everyday at least OT free 1-2 hours
Want smtg now, must get it done by now or today
1 people do more than 3 ppl's job but get 1ppl's pay
stupid politics between boss over stupid things and very openly doing it
boss can turn the truth right infront of you and say is your fault
and more. Seriouslly shit smile.gif

Kubang Media Sdn Bhd (Outdoor advertising)
- GM - Nicky Ng Li Li pathetic psycho drama queen shouting and scolding staff with bad words, demotivate staff and treat them like shit, throwing stuff out of her room when piss.

- Mileage claim RM0.25/km

- expect 1 marketing exec to do 3 ppls job

- job promotion is based on favoritism and to those know how to polish her shoe

- heavy politic even whole company is less than 10 staffs

- GM can put a heavy accuse and blame on staff (etc: causing company to lose 30k and issue warning letter to staff)

- Company owe millions ringgit to government and cannot afford to pay the fine

I want to add one :

Olympia College. Managed by family (Indian).

The salary at here is really underpaid.
Management staff, basic RM1400. Can u imagine that. It's located at Klang Valley. It's not at Perlis, it's not at Kelantan. Even Tukang Sapu sampah tepi jalan, their salary is higher. doh.gif

Staff turnover is really high. Lecturer, management staff, some of them work for 1-2 month then resign.

Workload is quite heavy. Expect us to do so many things but you gave us low salary.
Mileage claim only 0.45 cent.
Every time when we want to go out from this college, need to write your name in a book. LOL laugh.gif

There's one staff that work for long at this company. Around 10-14 years. They increase the staff salary for RM200 only sepanjang berkhidmat at this company

If you have friends, siblings that want to study or work at Olympia, please go other places, unless if you feel desperate for a job, then you can apply at this college.
