Haha I can't believe there is a thread specially 4 the chinaman company. Kudos ts. rclxms.gif I also in chinaman company coming out from MNC which kicked me out after only 2 weeks probation. doh.gif Now I am staying strong after 2 years. laugh.gif

To be fair, he did mention bonus is 3-4 months.  More if you work harder. tongue.gif

Haha. I interview there before and it only last 5 minutes. Reason I did not show any interests at all and also late sleep previous day. laugh.gif doh.gif Thanks 4 the dirtier insights though. Now I have blacklisted them once and 4 all. Hahahaha.

Haha. Malaysia ke arah foreign workers like indon/nepal soon. Dang. 90% of my school mates fled over Australia and other western countries. I tried not 2 think that's true but as time goes by, it's the reality. doh.gif I won't blame them 4 doing so anyway. doh.gif They are richer than all the average earners in malaysia already after 1 year work there. Yikes.

Haha. In the first place, employees should never ever find jobs or show indication of leaving during working hours. Haha. I like my cina apek company right until today. Suddenly company refuse 2 trust employee that is me running errands due 2 over paranoid that later employee that is myself will go snaking around shopping centre after finish work laugh.gif doh.gif 2 make matters worse I was forced 2 fill up that form every single day doh.gif shakehead.gif I will add company name after I put down resign letter and left 4 good hahahaha and I won't do so I am very honest professional

yay FINALLY i put resign letter already after 1 year 9 months of misery and suffering and sleepless agony rclxms.gif rclxm9.gif so the mystery company that i had been hiding out 4 dam long time is *dumdumdumdumdum*

- massively underpaid staffs
- massively high turnover (5 staffs per month leaving)
- 6 months probation period
- small 1 month bonus every 2 years
- maximum of RM500 fixed allowance per month with no milelage claim at all
- need 2 go up KL from JB 3 times per month in odd hours using own car (12 am starting trip)...sometimes need 2 go up twice a week
- can only claim petrol and tol after outstation...wear and tear not covered
- any HR staff that need 2 work outside office will be targeted 2 get rung by cina apek HR manager every 30 minutes being so afraid and so insecure thinking they will shopping happily during work hours
- ridiculous additional workload from opening 2 much restaurant outlet with no pay increase (got some staff break down because of that already)
- small increment and can get only after 2 years of working
- no appreciation at all by bosses when staff found effective ways in solving problems
- food quality has dropped tremendously due 2 overdependent with foreign workers and cost cutting

I SNAPPED IN FURY AND THEN I RESIGNED 4 GOOD

all the pain has disappeared fast after the letter approved

that is my story on the worst chinaman company yet doh.gif shakehead.gif
