Then don't treat your staff like kuli, treat them like proper human being, dont be a cinaman tauke. Don't pay 1 salary as admin, but expect your staff do accounting, hr, management, cleaning etc.

Needless to say WFH on MCO, straight no OT claim... And say company rugi, too many overhead cost
