they transfer u from site to site within 24 hour (dont care where u live or sleep)

late 15 minute cut 1 hour salary. go back on time, they think u dont have work and its a big crime.

the boss came around noon, so, drag the meeting from 10pm to 1am in the morning (this is serious issue, almost everdyay like this, 4/5 working days)

boss purposely sack you even it not your fault.

mini boss bully others and even spread rumor u take money from supplier or others related to company just to see u suffer.

cronism and favorism is too damn high.


all staff even low level clerk, 3 month notice, if u run, they will report to JTM (sue you for breach) for 3 month, even 1 month left.. maximise profit.

my current company

Salary below market rate (even after increment still way below market rate)
Late 1 min onwards - issue memo (productivity starts sharp at 9)
No use of social media - Whatsapp, skype, viber, wechat
Mileage claim - 45 cents
Medical claim - rm 35 and no panel clinic - how to get such rates now?
CNY Angpao - RM 5/RM 10
Not allowed to use coffee maker in office, pantry only water, coffee powder, tea bags
Each time go out for meeting/see clients need to inform admin to write in a book
CNY Lunch only for sales/marketing
Good life if you're a relative/GM likes u, favouritism is a norm
Resigned before bonus pay out (in MAY) but still serving notice, not paid even a single cent although worked from Jan-Dec of previous year
Must notify by 9.15 if on MC otherwise considered as EL
If take EL (Maximum 6 days, if more will be considered unpaid leave although still have AL), must provide supporting documents (eg death certificate, accident report, police report etc.)
Cannot be absent from work area unless with permission from superior
Skipping lunch or staying beyond office working hours not accepted as an excuse for being late for work or early time-off from work

4. practise favouritism until the max. blind people also can see who is the most beloved person in office. you rub my back i rub your back lor.

5. must beware of the boss, especially the lady boss. super duper 8-po and she has psychology problem because she is unmarried old lady!!!

6. they are stealers!!!! like to steal subtitles from online subbing community and claim as own. because i also volunteer in one of those online community, so i damn hate they do this. not professional!!! can sue them or not?

Not all chinaman companies are like that.. Only for a certain company meh.. Especially for the smallest chinaman companies.. They are quite races, pilih kasih and always bully and forces their employees to work like a cow especially for employees who work as a 'kuli' position.. I had experiences working at small and big chinaman companies as a 'kuli'.. Hahaha.. The small company always bully meh 😢.. But the big company is quite OK laa..haha

attempt to forfeit my annual leave earned while serving notice.

TRY to counter offer by offering some other regional position with higher salary but cannot CANNOT CONFIRM HOW MUCH.. but asks for offer letter from other company to "match" the salary. means they are not sincere in compensate properly in the first place.

this is because i didnt give a chance to counter in my current position.

its a good place to learn tho but not a place to stay on for good.
