Small Chinaman company system should be quite simple and no proper process in place. The resume also does not look impressive to the future employer if that person intend to look for work elsewhere.

Good, then the fella will create a same ol chinaman company, with more less similar chinaman benefit and ethic for their (future) employees.

CNY Lunch only for sales/marketing
Good life if you're a relative/GM likes u, favouritism is a norm
Resigned before bonus pay out (in MAY) but still serving notice, not paid even a single cent although worked from Jan-Dec of previous year
Must notify by 9.15 if on MC otherwise considered as EL
If take EL (Maximum 6 days, if more will be considered unpaid leave although still have AL), must provide supporting documents (eg death certificate, accident report, police report etc.)

here my experience:

1. local chinaman bank - everyday OT without OT pay even pay is below RM900. seniors and officer bully u here n there. Benefit good.
2. local Malay conglemerate berhard - no need to work OT. But... 2 years no bonus no increment... Report to Female boss.. Average benefit.
3. Local chinaman software house - Only 5 people work in the office. Multi tasking role. No proper offer letter, which didnt indicate AL, benefits etc...
4. Local chinaman computer retail shop - Only 5 people work in office. No offer letter, no pay slip... not sure got EPF o not.
3. Singaporean chinaman bank - Worked directly to female boss and HOD is female also... Benefits good.
4. US MNC - Everyday OT without OT pay even pay is below 1.5k. Benefit good.
5. Local chinaman company - Big boss is female... Work OT can claim OT pay. very Standard benefits. Only superior is good.
6. Local conglemerate group - Benefits good. But... no career advancement, very low increment. big bonus though.
7. Singaporean Chinaman MNC - standard benefits... no need ot but chinaman management style.
