If you want to work for a Chinaman company don't work for those big ones like Public or Hong Leong Group. Work for those very very small ones where the pay is miserable, the hours are long and gruelling and you are expected to do everything from sales to accounting. Better still if you have a boss that generally just don't care. I tell you if you can put in 4-5 years in those kind of jobs, really work your @sses off and be very very good at your job and really get to know the business and the people (i.e. the suppliers, customers, etc) you can easily come out and set-up your own company and take all the clients away. Its your ticket to your own company with min risk.

But strange none of the younger generation people see this golden opportunity.
There is always opportunity behind hardship. But people see the hardship but they don't see the opportunity

The idea is very interesting. I did not see any graduate opt for this option unless that is their parent business.

Yes. It might be good if someone want to be entrepreneur and start up own business. Good to learn up how to set up the business.

But if no intention to start own business, then it is waste of time and our limited life span.

Small Chinaman company system should be quite simple and no proper process in place. The resume also does not look impressive to the future employer if that person intend to look for work elsewhere.

Well ask youself do you really want to work for others for all your life? If your answer is yes, then you should join an mnc and more power to you.

Good, then the fella will create a same ol chinaman company, with more less similar chinaman benefit and ethic for their (future) employees.

Well, they can. Then in 5 years time he will have another competitor, who will breed another competitor, who will breed another competitor. Then the buyers rejoice. The workers will rejoice too coz then they have 3 companies to work for and they will go to the highest bidder.

i'm just curious, what were you expecting when you apply for a job? go to work at 10am whatsapp and fb all day long while taking 2 hour lunch and going home on time? if you were the boss and all your life saving is poured into the company, part of which went to pay your staff salary, and your staff show some tidak apa attitude "i'm just an employee and i want my right" kind, are you happy?

For me, if possible, i will terminate them and ask them to pay me back all the salary they have taken from me. Its no different than robbing your employers.
