ahahah my company is chinese company, boss is chinese, but the style never chinese, i mean at least when comes to employee, our boss never treat is in a stingy way, quite generous though, everyone is just like friends

Haha I can't believe there is a thread specially 4 the chinaman company. Kudos ts.  I also in chinaman company coming out from MNC which kicked me out after only 2 weeks probation.  Now I am staying strong after 2 years.

I work in a chinaman company now. those bosses change direction very fast 1 geh. everytime I pusing steering like racing rally sport. things all messy lor. no standard protocol. employee work like a they "hutang" the company.
chinaman company oso got pros 1 geh. u ajar boss go out for beer talk, they like u very much. unfortunate im not like tat.. haha...and working hours force bcome flexible hours. come in 10am, work until 7-9pm. subjective to boss mood tat day.

From primary school until university level. Then this year around sudden change policy, deduct rm5 from every employees' payroll to channel into the education award fund ! What does that got to do with single employees ! hahaha.. To add salt summore, theylimit for children who go uni, only allow 1 child to claim uni award per degree. Meaning that after child 1 done degree, then only child 2 can claim degree @.@ it seems company not doing well, but employees suffer Ini punya company pun adakah .. aiyorrrrr

Wrong, I know almost all MNC do not pay OT for engineers. They also seldom request you to work overtime. Are you against or pro flexible working hours?? So far I know, most company expect you to be punctual.

I'm guessing your not from technical line  As far as I've experienced so far in technical line of work most companies dont mind if your late less than 1 hour, keep long hair, not shave, wear casual rather than formal and look like a piece of shit since you dont really handle customers  Only some chinaman company is bothered

My worst experience,
1. No OT, have some allowance, but if you are travelling with him, no allowance given. 2. The company only have four person including me. 3. First month, ask me go to site, but me bad luck, i dropped one of the equipment. Initially it was ok, cause it was still working. Then the next morning, he noticed that there's a crack on the side of the equipment. Got mad, throw his hp on the floor. 4. Won't tell or teach you directly, ask you do, does wrongly, he will scold you. His training is a spartan training type. 5. insurance also I need to buy myself, cause the job requires that. Not company sponsored. 6. help him to do some personal things, said that it's related to the job.
When I left, he still thinks he is right about how he treated me. He said that he do like that to make me a stronger person. And scolded me 'You think the world revolves around you?'
I must thank him in a way, I realised many things. My first job is a comfort zone for me, nice boss, nice colleagues and easy work. But this chinaman company, I couldn't last for a month. Anyhow, I think I am mentality stronger now thanks to him. But I still think that his way is not the correct way to treat an employee. He treats employee, as if like we are supposed to work and die for the company, since he paid us. If he treats me good nevermind, too bad, he is mean. hahaha..
