I went thru this before here a good advice on how to jump around like a pro

1.Make a skills based resume
2.Only write what you have experience in and dont write the company name or duration
3.Mention some reputable companies that you had been in
4.NEVER!! let your boss be your referee always be a colleague who is pro u

Source : I jump around like a boss every 1-3 months on every chinaman company I accidently landed in rclxms.gif only stayed year long on companies that treat me right.

yeah and some too much work and keep expecting people to OT without compensation. some chinaman company show high salary but the salary/working hours is less than becoming a 7 eleven worker.... mad.gif

Technically when company not doing good we do get a pay cut.... Its totally unfair when profitable chinaman no share bonus but when unprofitable cut our pay vmad.gif

As for FrameMotion, I believe there is quite a number of crunch time , but they seem to at least reward their team with small company trips and outings. Yea is small, but better then nothing.
