I fresh grad multi task everything, and they always give me last minute works.. 15min before meeting with client suddenly ask to read tender.. Why I need to read that in the first place when I am just a programmer :/
Work like a slave from 9 am to 1am next day, even on weekend. No epf, no socso no bonus, no bonus OT. They say cuz I am in probation so no need all those..
Even project milestone also I need to sedia, Project Manager was like blur blur about that and asked me, say works already 7 years.

yes.. i agree.. thats why lo.. if everyone wans bigger this more this.. then who wans to work in a small company..

i hav a friend who is a business ma who started his business 3 yrs ago.. being boss really have to consider so much. employees.. profit... revenue.. because of one word: responsiblity to look after employees.. haha.. how to giv employees a lot if the company not making a lot..

so it boils down to staff retention in short. no matter you're a local small company, chinacompany or mnc. if the management is no good. turnover will be higher, no?

Ok let make it this way .He makes said 10 million for this year how they going to justify the following years they are earning the same ?
Assets deprecation eg machines , hidden cost eg entertainment fees or travellingto get project ,all those time spent , have you take that into calculation ?

Most people here never stand in the employer shoes to think , imagine when the market goes down, there's still overhead expenses to be covwr, employees demand increment yearly when company doing good , what if company making lost do you want to deduct a portion from it too ?

And boss that change car often sometimes it's about cash flow , they  loan and sell to cover the debt you won't know .They own the company , of course they make the rules .If you are capable le enough you may register and startup your own business

Wrong, I know almost all MNC do not pay OT for engineers. They also seldom request you to work overtime.

Are you against or pro flexible working hours?? So far I know, most company expect you to be punctual.

P1 main share holder is Puan Chan Cheong (CC Puan). some of the HODs in P1 is somehow or another related to him.

also, if u got close relationship, u can do what u want la... even a fast promotion if u know who to rub shoulders with.

It's just that the top management of chinese/SME will breed more managers or directors with poor management mentality. aka chinaman bit of mentality.

Codemasters and Frame Motion is in the list ?    How did you come up with this list. Several of my friends work in these 2 studios and non have any complaint 

CodeMasters which the gamers know ? Or Codemasters of some chinaman company which Im not aware of ?
As for FrameMotion, I believe there is quite a number of crunch time , but they seem to at least reward their team with small company trips and outings. Yea is small, but better then nothing.

This is kinda true.  Even MNCs have to integrate some local standards to survive here.  But still, better than working with them than some pure local chinapek company.
