QUOTE(givsasi @ Jun 4 2015, 04:42 PM) please don't hold more than one citibank card, they really LCLY, why? last time i only have one clear card, if i say cancel straight they will waive my annual fees, this year i have more than one citi credit card they don't mind to cancel one of your card, because you still using their service anyway. unless you tell them to cancel all your citi card "maybe". good point! that's my plan. QUOTE(givsasi @ Jun 4 2015, 04:49 PM) every year i need to call in and beg for waiver, when i register the stupid promoter talk like so easy to waive, but every year must do one time beggar. wth f them. no more begging. maybe they are quitting/downsizing operations here... so be it.

Just for sharing, I'm not sure if anyone aware that the clause has changed for Rewards and Cash Back (according to the CS it is blanket for all) that might impact some user - Refer to 3.3 on https://www.citibank.com.my/ICARD/subapp/re...rewards-tnc.pdfI've clarified with the customer care, indeed point 3.3 (i) (a) are recently ammended though I am not sure about the rest. So beware if you plan to get easy pay and earn points. Updated : - Just notice first page even mentioned that Instant Rewards is 400 = RM 1. Not aware all this while. Although i'm not holding the same card with you. I also don't understand (no trend or pattern) how Citibank decide which customer to offer membership waiver. I manage get my membership fee waiver (3 years using Premier Miles).
