What cc you using? My friend all got rejected for annual fee waiver last few week. All they cancel the cc.
Citibank only offer to convert to choice cc which is free for annual fee.

Mine is Visa Signature and my colleague is Amex

if apply thru ringgit plus still entitle the citibank offer of rm50 with 3 swipe and spend rm1500 get trolley bag?

Just for sharing, I'm not sure if anyone aware that the clause has changed for Rewards and Cash Back (according to the CS it is blanket for all) that might impact some user - Refer to 3.3 on https://www.citibank.com.my/ICARD/subapp/re...rewards-tnc.pdf

I've clarified with the customer care, indeed point 3.3 (i) (a) are recently ammended though I am not sure about the rest. So beware if you plan to get easy pay and earn points.

Updated : - Just notice first page even mentioned that Instant Rewards is 400 = RM 1. Not aware all this while.

Anyone holding Citibank clear card managed to get annual fee waiver by calling citibank CS? Read a few from this thread stating they managed to get AF waiver but didnt mention for what type of card?

my was Clear Card, managed to waive 2 month ago

I called up to waived my annual fee last week but was told to swipe 3 times any amount and just now I called and get the waiver with no question

spend less than RM3k I think, most of the time use for buy 1 free 1 movie ticket only

Although i'm not holding the same card with you. I also don't understand (no trend or pattern) how Citibank decide which customer to offer membership waiver.
I manage get my membership fee waiver (3 years using Premier Miles).
