Just spoke to an ex colleague who is now at citibank. They said waiver is there. Just that banks are being strict on waiver as they are not doing well. Especially consumer banking.

Citibank Business Platinum (Annual Fee - $200, Income Requirement RM60k p.a)

* 2% Cash-Back on Overseas Hotel and Dining Spend with the overseas hotel or dining spend MUST be made in foreign currency ONLY for card holder to earn the cash back (Good on Overseas Travelling Only)

* the 1st RM300 monthly spend will earn 0.3% cash back & the Rest Remaining Spend will get 1% cash back + NO Cash Back on Petrol Spend

* Must accumulate at least RM50 to redeem the cash back it can Redeemable ONLY by Calling CS, NO Automatic Credit to Account like CB Platinum CC when the Cash-back hit on RM50... sweat.gif

Same like Cash Back Platinum, If the cash rebate < $50 for a particular month, the total cash rebate amount will be carried forward to the following month.

But Anyway, I think you can earn more $$$ with the Cash Back Platinum compare to Citi Business Plat. which's just good for Overseas Travelling only... whistling.gif

called yesterday and said they will definitely call me back by end of yesterday...no call received afterall...

business could be so bad that they dont even allow ppl to cancel card nowadays? hehe

If GST = 6% of AF, then GST = 6% of RM0; so you tell me how much you have to pay? cool2.gif

you guys need to learn more on how GST works.

GST is payable only when the annual fee is charged to you.
if the bank does not charge you annual fee, how can there be a GST?
GST from the sky?

I think his point is,
Bank oredy charged the AF with GST, when bank agree to waive the AF, will it refund the AF with GST?

Anyone experience fraud transactions on your credit card usually after using it to pay for movie tickets with the GSC online E-payment?

I just got my credit card change twice in a month for fraud cases.

citibank credit card can't waive annual fee?
is that other bank also the same? or just citibank under financial crisis?
i realise they cut off quite many privileges with the merchants already,
and now the annual fee can't be waive anymore

if they are the only bank can't be waived,
i think i better stop using their service before they charge the annual fee and force to pay another year for them..
