Just called Citibank and terminated my Visa plat, only left Premiermiles AMEX.
What's the reason that you guys are still keeping the Visa platinum card? I don't see great benefits from this card.. |

I called CS regarding 0% BT for 12 months. CS mentioned it has been "taken out" but I insisted. Failed to get the promo though.....

I think there's nothing good about Citibank cards....the only reason that I'm keeping it is because of Coffee Bean's discount...
Any reasons why you guys are still using it? |
