Yeah, im using Genesis only. Somehow i prefer the layout and everything in Genesis rather than Phoenix and others.

Hey Thank you, but still the same problem, it say config wizard error..

I will try to make another round of clean installation and see or maybe wait for Jarvis to be out. Not sure if that will help.

Hmmm... Its probably an issue with the Config Wizard and Windows. Maybe script not playing nice with your current installation. Alternatively, you can try out custom KODI builds. As they'd pretty much do the same thing and in some cases, even better. I'm using "The Beast" by ChrisB. There are a bunch of others out there... Check out Chris's beast and other builds like Spinz-TV Premium Lite, etc on YouTube.

Maybe you can try adding advancedsettings.xml to your kodi. Paste below code into .txt file first. Upon saving it, save as advancedsettings.xml




I encountered same issue with you. After I add this advancedsettings.xml file to folder "Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/userdata/" last night, the issue has gone for now. Before this, the box can't even play 1080p video at all and keep receiving "cache is full etc etc etc". I only managed to test two 1080p movie last night and it works great.

Make sure you have ES file explorer and enable hidden folder as the ".kodi/userdata/" folder in "Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/" is hidden.

I only use WiFi to though. I hope that's help

my setup - HiMedia Q16

previously using Kodi 14 (Helix), after a while got problem with updating recently added video library

then upgrade to Kodi 15 (Isengard), again after a while got problem with updating recently added video library

cant find definitive solution for this.

can describe "problem"?

q16 runs helix or isengard all the same, should be fine.

last resort, delete kodi with all caches, etc., resintall.

Does said new videos actually have info to be scraped from TMDB? Cuz if no info on the server's side, then nothing will be scraped. Happens with not so popular content. You r actually better off using a media library manager, then setting KODI to scrape info "locally". Much easier and you get direct control of which theme, posters, banners, icons, etc you want per movie or TV show... Update on KODI startup or Manually.

yup that's correct,i use kodi for media player.stream with atmos will available soon via amazon instant video and vudu
