I have been reading from about page 160-ish to find out info about the Quasar add-on. From what I understand is, it's like youtube but with torrents eg seeds/peers, is it correct?

I'm confused about the space usage when watching Quasar. You guys mentioned if your internal space eg <4GB, can watch movies smaller than that only eg 3gb or smaller. Does that mean it downloads the movie onto the internal space like regular torrents? If so, can I make a copy of it to a different USB or HDD for later use?

It is common knowledge that there is no smooth running of Kodi in Mibox due to low storage. you need to constantly do maintainence to your box to ensure sufficient free storage space.

Some more latest mibox doesnt cone with micro SD slot.. so every storage need to add to the existing single US port..

As already mentioned, the Mibox isn't the greatest for smooth Kodi usage. However, with careful maintenance, one might be able to use it somewhat satisfactorily. To help, more info is required. If streaming off the internet, several factors come into play. The source, congestion on your network, addons, RAM, insufficient storage/cache, etc. The Mibox lacks storage for caching and this is usually the primary culprit.
