yes. big difference between those rm10 ones and original. better buy original ones but sometimes, there are those fast charge cables which are thicker and it's about rm20~40+... original is even more expensive though...

it's hard to tell but you look at the quality of the cable itself... and of course, you gotto spend to know which is good... but as what I see, those rm20+ cables i bought is good... it works for me...

oh the fat guy duduk hujung right? haha, luckly my number called by the lady.
hehe. what phone you sending? m7?

i sent the htc one x.... sold to my customer and then he complaints that the front camera is not working... so he send to htc centre as i told him its still under warranty.. (HTC claims that warranty expired and charge him RM139 for front camera replacement. Called him again n saying that its motherboard problem because problem still there after camera replacement). I went there to settle the 2nd year warranty thing. How could HTC simply charge their customer while the phone itself is still under warranty? Dont they have it in their system about the warranty period? luckily my customer called me back because the replacement for the motherboard is too costly, end up they refund back the deposit and processing RM100.

So now htc phone is covered with 1 year or 2 years warranty i also dont know.. currently using htc one max.. with warranty card but dont have prove of purchase rclxub.gif

Yes he is not only rude n worse he doesn't even seem to be knowledgeable about the HTC1..he struggle with his badly broken English so much I told him to talk in Mandarin. During my just short 15 mins with him he need to go into back office several times for consultation
A really far cry n difference from my previous experience at Plaza Berjaya older center

4G/LTE is data only n does not support any voice calls
Once a call comes in phone will auto downgrade to 3g or h/h+: this is true for all 4g telcos
Never faced such issues on my Maxis 4g
Did you set/force your phone to 4g always - change it to auto

benny, can we set force 4G on HO?

It's always better to purchase an original one. For charging difference, an original cable will definitely have your phone charging faster and much more stable than using a cheap cable.

You can always use another OEM cable such as samsang, bb or sony cable. Their quality tend to be exactly same as HTC. But I like Nokia cable. It fell so solid yet durable hehe

How much for those? I can only find charger + cable sets here and they cost like a quality 10,000mAh power bank.

Just send it . Say to them that you already send for repair, but the same problem still exist.
