Had called HTC to arrange for pickup since Monday, may I know how long will it take usually? Until now I still haven't receive any call from courier company.

I called HTC today, they just told me still under diagnose, I asked them about repair time frame, they said not sure.
Really disappointed with their service, myself is working in call center, all case should have SLA, they cant just said don't know. hmm.gif

Last Friday called HTC to check repair status, they told me still under diagnose, today I called again, they said now under repair, means I should able to get back my phone after repair done?

Apparently jz by checking the imei number they can tell whether the phone still under warranty or not. So I guess the Imei is good enough unless there is some dispute.

When I called them to pickup, they told me to provide receipt, but I lost it, so I just passed them my warranty card.

I have been waiting for 1 week, they told me still under repair.
I request them to expedite, they told me that will try but will take another 3-4 working days for them to reply.
So ridiculous, are the call agents from other country?? They cant even contact the technician on the spot? blink.gif

Exactly same, I called them almost everyday for follow up, they keep giving me same answer, they have no visibility to service center, they just check status from their system only, giving empty promise and don't know what happen actually, worst service ever! is there any way to escalate? Can't stand anymore! mad.gif

It's fine that the call center is not located in Malaysia, but at least they need to know the progress, otherwise there is no point for calling them, waste of time. They are not even update us through phone, even if I email them, they give a very general reply which is like copy and paste. blink.gif

I dont like the blinkfeed update, when slide down, it doesn't have 3D effect anymore, it just slide down normally, sad, and the new HTC wallpaper not nice too.
