Just send my hp to SC. they said need to wait at least more than 4 week since camera replacement is unavailable and awaiting to arrive.

Regarding the 'machine' things and the green tilt, one of the crew said the machine actually a device where they calibrate the camera back. So after calibrate, the actual software update will perform to overcome the green tilt.

Ya i called the customer service, they ask me to just walk in.

Apparently jz by checking the imei number they can tell whether the phone still under warranty or not. So I guess the Imei is good enough unless there is some dispute.

Btw, anyone send the phone for RMA? do you get a replacement phone? I really dun have a spare phone to use la...

If Maxis or Celcom, yes. But Digi i dont know since I haven't using nor my family is

You guys can see, I send the phone on 10/4 and the technician repair my phone on 15/4 (:

It's already been 13 days and HTC has still not called me. I sent in my phone for warranty due to purple tint. I call them every 2 days and they keep telling me that it's still under repair. Any of you had to wait this long for theirs to get repaired, or is it only me?

If u called sc.. i thinks its not located in malaysia.. just go directly to htc centre at berjaya times square.. i ask staff worked there..

Just went to SC if you have time. The operator mainly from Singapore so they only have access to the computer system checking only. You can always direct email to HTC Asia, it sure will escalate your problem quickly

As for purple tint issue, normally they will replace the camera module. So final stages, means your phone will discharge from  SC. pray hard 

Exactly 15 days...

My One had purple tint for a long time now, since I'm in Kedah, and the only SC I know is in BTS. Now it's just too much purple, I cant simply take any photo when inside a building/low light.

How much does it cost for a camera replacement?
