Ya i called the customer service, they ask me to just walk in.

Apparently jz by checking the imei number they can tell whether the phone still under warranty or not. So I guess the Imei is good enough unless there is some dispute.

Btw, anyone send the phone for RMA? do you get a replacement phone? I really dun have a spare phone to use la...

They stopped providing spare phones for use. I have been living phone-less for more than a week now

haha. Right now Im using the lonovo phone. Its awkward when using other htat htc. Screen is small (a369i) kinda laggy and not so smooth compare to m7. yet I miss my m7 badly

i know dat feel, when i sent my phone like almost for a month for claim. i using company faulty test phone ipong 4s and it keep switch in between silence and normal profile. keep vibrating non stop on table 

but can't complain tho since that is company phone, better than nothing. lucky still can call, sms, whatsapp and play 2048 game XD
