For me, if you want to begin building MG (I mean if you wanna start gunpla-ing but don't wanna start with HG @ SD), I highly suggest you start with MG Freedom. Not too simple, not too complex, and still got stylish design. smile.gif
And its also comes with a stand that will make you feel worth-ed buying MG for the first time. And MG Freedom price won't be as high as Sinanju and just a bit more than Zakus.
But that's my opinion la. Me myself start MG line with MG Wing Ver KA. (That's the reason my avatar is Wing Ver KA) icon_rolleyes.gif

mmmm... I thought we remove the pieces with a nipper? LOL... you'll get a hang of it after building so many Zaku tongue.gif

hahaha..I knopw with a nipper...but damn difficult la the small cylinders that are practically stuck to the runner.... Yes, I would go for RX-78-2 too! Classic and pretty affordable too.

Then moved on straight to MG sinanju.. i regret nothing tongue.gif i think it was sinanju that truly got me hooked on the hobby

Because you got poisoned by expensive gunpla kits. There's a lot more not-so-expensive gunpla that you can buy. Maybe because you not really watch their series that's why you never poisoned by others. laugh.gif
Why don't you grab the MG Qan[T] then? I think its only around RM150 (around standard MG price). Well if you go like MG OO Raiser ofcoz la you'll get Rm200++ for one MG. laugh.gif

Modified wings. Looks like paper though.

I wonder if we could print the same wings using photo paper or something more durable. hmm.gif

This one expensive becuase you need to buy 2 sets. 1x MG Build Stirke + 1x MG Booster Pack. laugh.gif Ofcoz la expensive.
Same like you want MG Qan[T] Full Saber (1x MG Qan[T] + 1x 1/100 Full Saber kit). Hehehehe.... brows.gif

Can....got people even make paper Gundam. brows.gif
I think you wont get that kind of durability if you using paper for that wing coz paper will crumble if you try to twist/bend it. Just buy 0.1 plaplate, print the wing design to A4 paper (or same size as your plaplate), trace it back to plaplate, cut it and wallah...you got that wing effect. thumbup.gif

You will be intimidated by the amount of runners at first, but as HxiiiK mentioned, Sinanju is a fun build. But for a beginner, Sinanju might not be the best choice as it is quite tedious in some parts... Zaku II v2.0 is still my recommendation smile.gif

ya bro jus order my gunpla from gundam.my

Zaku II might be good...but for a newbie, you know that little parts for the belt / legs...the tube like thingy. Sorry, don't know what is it called. It's damn frustrating and difficult to remove from the runners. Maybe I don't know a better technique but I found myself using my teeth to remove it..lol. I like Zaku but whenever I think about building that part...i'd end up not buying it.

haha yup i also do that before the whip quite annoying and i order new gunpla d see my post bro... classical laugh.gif

MBs are pre-assembled, just need to plug in those accessories, eg for the Destiny, the back pack, side skirt, the weapons, etc etc....

taking any MG as first MG should be relatively easy
maybe easy for me because before I bought my first MG, I bought a Macross Frontier Messiah kit whistling.gif
