scary thread. was reading all night, but didn't want to share my experience then. too freaky, didnt want to think scary thoughts at the middle of the night
Well, anyways, here are some creepy things which has happened to me/my friends
1st story, happened to my friends. masa darjah 6. they went for scouts camping and tidur sama kemah. there was 3 of them, all girls sleeping at the same tent. one of the girls brought those small padlocks, the one you usually use on suitcases, to lock the zipper of the tent together. all of them slept at night, and when they woke up in the morning, one girl was inside the tent, while the other two was sleeping outside
the zipper was still locked.. from the inside. there was no way that they could have gone to sleep outside and locked it that way. and the girl who sleep inside also didnt wake up or go anywhere throughout the night. kinda like they teleported out of the tent
Apa lagi, they started crying la.. in the end, got sent home early
next story, also happened during camping. this time i was there.
Basically nothing much, mass hysteria.. around 20+ people.. all one after another. Funny thing was that they were all malay girls, except for one malay guy, and one indian girl. The malays were brought to surau where the ustad baca baca surah, try to calm them down. the indian girl had to send to hospital by ambulance. The interesting thing was as soon as the guy kena hysteria, all those which kinda calm down before that had like a relapse. then later, the teachers gather all the girls and advise them to take care of hygiene, and not to throw their sanitary pads around. Apparently the spirits there got pissed because they didnt dispose of it properly.
Even after this first two experiences, i never believed in these kinds of things. always maintained that it can be explained through science.. mass hysteria, sleepwalking, etc. etc.
But then one day something happened to me which makes me unsure whether to believe or not
so, this happened back when i was in form 5. we went to the forest to chop some bamboo to be used during camping.
while we were chopping, i saw some fruits growing on a tree. those "belimbing asam" or bilimbi, in english. Thinking that it would go to waste, since it was growing there and there's no one there around to pick em, i quietly plucked a few an put em in my pocket. I loved sour fruits, so yeah, didnt really think twice.
then when we were about to leave, i chopped an old rotting piece of bamboo which was in my way to clear a path. The very next second, i felt a sharp sting on my cheek and a loud buzzing noise. Just a bee sting, yeah, but there was no bee to be found. just the sound.
so we carried on as usual, walking back to school. Next thing i know my whole face starts itching. 5 minutes later, i start to get hives on my face. So my friend also offered to take me to the hospital, which was like a 5 minutes drive from there. On the way there, my vision started fading, could see weird colours and shit like that. by the time we reached the hospital, i was already passed out and barely breathing. my friend was really freaking out at that time, lul. I got a jab of adrenaline, and some antihistamines and soon got stabilized. Doctor said it was an allergic reaction, and i went into an anaphylactic shock. A bit later and i would've died.
being the rational, scientific-minded person i was, i just shrugged it off.
the freaky part was that later i found out that a random malay guy approached my mum at the ER and told her that he could sense something kacau me. he said he can try to do some bomoh stuff as he got knowledge about it, but advised my mum to bring me to temple first.
Next, a few days later, i met my friend's granddad. He suddenly started asking alot of questions about the incident. He said he can sense something too.. And the weirdest part was he told me this "you plucked some stuff there, but did not ask permission. Haji harimau putih dah cakar." I was like WTF, because no one knew about those fruits which i plucked at that time. Haji harimau putih was the name of the pennungu there, he told me.
okay nvm.. just shrug it off, like whatever.. a few days later, a chinese teacher called me to his office. He said he sometimes communicates with spirits, do those bomoh kinda works also. He also said same thing.. i kacau the penunggu's place, no ask permission, etc etc.
And finally, went to temple, because three guys who knew nothing about the incident telling me the same thing seemed like too big of a coincidence. The priest at the temple then also said the same thing!
penunngu angry because i kacau his place.
But i was lucky i guess, because he said he was just warning me. lucky didnt betul betul terkam me.

least something good came out of the whole experience. hehe.
So yeah they came running back, one of shouting to the other, "faster come in la!". The other dude was pale and clearly shaken. They explained that while they were walking back, they saw a lady standing near the trees. So they were wondering she was doing there when she suddenly let out a shrill laugh / scream. The rest of us who were in the chalet did not hear any screams at all.
