Nothing to do with DbW. I own dugong, and I know your feeling. It is more of the TCU issue, when on bump in low speed + on light braking, the gb tends to be in 'free' mode (not even in gear 1). So when after the bump, it is still in free mode, but when you accelerate immediately right out of the bump, you basically rev up the engine in 'free gear', then after about 1sec, it only engages but the needle already 3krpm

... then it cause a sudden urge front.
What you can do (and also annoy the person behind you), is after bump, just delay 1sec+ (2sec confirm ok) and then accelerate. Your foot nothing wrong. Just have to delay abit pressing the accelerator.
LOL delay 2 sec confirm driver behind me all curse me, like infront of traffic lights
however i don't feel it on 1st gen of vios, i notice too when i was driving my friends 1st gen vios, they use different TCU?

bro you have very light foot how you manage to archive 700km since our car fuel tank is only 42 liter petrol?
vios? easy, make sure you follow speed limit, vios ideal speed is 100kmh for optimum FC, at 100kmh, vios RPM will be around 2.5k.
my way of driving on highway is quite dangerous, i don't tailgate on highways, this is no 1 rule if you want low FC on your car.
other than that i rely on timing, speed and distance with precision on overtaking cars while changing gears, again not recommended to all, once you time it wrongly, accident could happen anytime
means that..... i dont brakes often on highway. not recommended again for new drivers
by not doing this, it is also possible to reach 650km on a full tank
