I have no idea how that works, sorry for that. Hahaha. Anyway, his name is De Kee and I met him at Balakong Toyota (Wing Hin Sdn Bhd). I'm not sure if he's affiliated with that dealer or he can just go anywhere. Have no knowledge of how they work. Anyway, you can look him up, or PM me if you need his number. Hahaha

On an unrelated note, there's a poster who says that his knocking issue is gone after replacing to a newer engine mounting. How's it going?

I've gotten my engine mounting replaced since last Tuesday. Until today, there's no knocking issue.

many people claim knocking issue came back after few days changed even its the latest batch engine mounting?

I am unsure of the actual engine mounting number but when I'm going through Toyota Tribe they showed the image of the new mounting. It is apparently the same type of mounting as second gen Vios, where it has a flat head instead of a volcano mountain-ish protrusion in the middle.

Yeah this is the latest version which members in tribetoyota claimed knocking sound came back after 5 days. The knocking sound will reduce somewhere in between 50-60% and u can still hear it as it's still loud!

Hmm, it has been 7 days since it got replaced and still no issue. I'll continue monitoring and get back to you should there be any defect.

mine currently on day 12 and still fine, no try it kuat-kuat but all the regular noise spot near my house still quiet.

Perhaps me and RoxyMunky should go claimed new and give it a try ?

I still have 3000km more till my next service. The sc oso told me that if I still have the issue , they will replace the mount. Now they only tighten my current mount, so far I think no sound.
