Muscles burn fat alot faster. Hence weights = faster fat loos which is what u want. you dont want to be burning muscles.

From my experience, there are many ways to lose weight.
lifting, or simply hardcore cardio, all works. It depends on your focus. I love dancing, and i can dance and dance for 2-3 hours at end, and have fun doing it. so i dont mind cardio. But i do know some people are masochists. they love torture machines. hence, lifting is good. but be careful, and use a trainer. dont break your back. got one person he lift lift sampai slipdisk wtf. his life is now ruined. his copulation life also only left one style (and its not doggy style) |

Despite acceleration = force/mass, if your mass halves, you wont accelerate twice faster. for some reason, my 100m run only improved by half sec tops. Your habits wont change I still love gaming. i love eating. and i love snacking. i love anime. and playing with my banana. These habits simply wont go away. It will be part of you. its just that you learn to offset it with exercise. The extra habit is: you will weigh yourself everyday. cuz u have been fat before. yes. if you snore, you will STILL snore. however all been said one thing for sure. Been hitting the gym July last year, doing the big 3 plus other isolation lift.
Only noticeable is most of my shirts feel loose and some of L size feels fit. Walking across town during lunch time, less sweat and don't feel like dying at all. However my weight remain the same, which is 102 kg (height 175cm) :/ |

[/quote] Yep, previously I always sweat ALOT even in an aircond-ed room and sometimes I blame the humidity and the weather which I thought causing me to sweat a lot. Now after I manage to reduce weight, I sweat less and already cold like hell when I'm in the office. Previously I always thought girls don't like talki to me because of my body size. And Some of them will not talk to me face 2 face in fact they try to avoid me. I.e I always sprinting and fast run just fine but I only sometimes couldnt do that after eating kenduri food which is very oily and spice. About snoring, I dunno about you but already stop snoring after my body become smaller. As for eating habit,I control my eating and my life style. As my hobby habit. Previously I love watching anime while eating burger and fast food snacks but now I eat cereal/jacob biscuit/oat while enjoying watching my favourite anime. Previously I also stayed up late on the weekend marathoning anime but now I wake up early in the weekend and watch anime/ playing game whille enjoying the sunrise shine through my window and sipping a cup of hot sugarless/milkless horlic. oh ya! i dont know if this is normal or not, but from my experience,
if you were fat, and you lose lots of weight, you will still not be confortable peeing at the wall toilet , nor berak with without opening your pants (these are skills mastered by ppl who are thin, using wall toilet, and berak without fully open your pants) This post has been edited by FindingGamerWife: Jan 12 2014, 12:20 PM |
