Hey guys. just to give/destroy motivation for people who want to kurus.

I lost around 50kg+ from 125 odd kg to 70-75kg


Goodies:
You will be stronger: When i starting cycling, on a hill, my gear is 1+1. on a flat road, my gear is 1+4. Eventually, after losing weight, on the same hill i can gear up to 3+2/3, while on a straight road, i will always use 3+6 (max gear)

Your banana will be longer: When i started last year, my banana was around 2.2 inch. once i ended, its around 5.0-5.5 inch. and there is potential for it to go even longer

You sweat less: when i started cycling, a one minute cycle in 8am in the morning and you will sweat. Now i can walk from Tabung haji to klcc to lowyat in the afternoon without breaking a sweat. i can cycle 15 minutes straight without breaking a sweat.

You smell better: my colleagues said this. nuff said

Better promotion/job oppurtunities: Yes. being lean and handsome WILL lead you to better job oppurtunities. be handsome. and bring your best clothes to that job interview.

Ego boost: Everyone will praise you because you lost much weight. people will envy you. they want you to be their role model. they want your secrets... but...



However:

no one will confess you. You WONT get girls The reality is. to start a relationship, you need money, to be romantic, and to be handsome. sure. you might be handsome-er. but you have history. you have scars. and most importantly, you have no TIME to be romantic. you cant eat ice freaking cream. you cant go out yam cha. you cant drink. you wanna lose more weight. you wanna go lifting. you have no life. you are a freak for losing weight. fat guys will never get the girls so live with it.

Your bones will poke out your butt Yes. this is annoying. being fat is awesome, cuz ur butt is gebu. sleeping on ur tummy, and sitting down, is always soft and selesa. but being thinner, bones start poking out your butt. its VERY unconfortable. Also, sleeping on your tummy is also not confortable. cuz ur ribs are poking out.

Your stamina will NOT increase, SPECIALLY RUNNING i will still pancit very quickly when running. i still cant run through a 5km mini marathon

You WONT run twice faster too. Despite acceleration = force/mass, if your mass halves, you wont accelerate twice faster. for some reason, my 100m run only improved by half sec tops.


Your habits wont change I still love gaming. i love eating. and i love snacking. i love anime. and playing with my banana. These habits simply wont go away. It will be part of you. its just that you learn to offset it with exercise. The extra habit is: you will weigh yourself everyday. cuz u have been fat before.
yes. if you snore, you will STILL snore.



however all been said one thing for sure.

You WILL be happier. this might be enough reason to go slimming down. so why not? im definitely happier. haha.

problem is not self confidence. losing weight is a HUGE ego boost!!


because i cannot afford to be "normal" because of both time and lifestyle. because to lose weight is an addiction. you WILL feel queazy if you eat too much or exercise too less. you will think A LOT before you eat/splurge.

i cant afford to be normal. i cant go eat yucky foods. i cant afford to spend time out cuz i wanna go cycling. i cant drink. lunch out? no way hozey. oily donuts and trendy sugary drinks? eww no thanks.

secondly also, there are very obvious scars related to losing weight. thats why to me, it is not a good idea to lead on a fat person to think that losing weight will gain him girls. its just not gonna work.

To get a girl, is to make insane changes to yourself that might not be in-line with a lifestyle of someone who have lost/losing their weight. it is very difficult.

height 180. weight 120-130. when i started i was 29-30.

currently in my thirties. height 180. weight 70-75.

replace with pasta.

1 cup of raw rice is like 800 calories
and you know how little rice comes from 1 cup of raw rice. its not much!

while pasta, when you cook with cabbage/ bloat it with potatoes/tomatoes, you get insane volume but not much calories

to further my point, 100-125g of pasta, when cooked with vege and sauce, can fill up 4 pinggans if you dont take seconds.

100g of rice? lol.

sebijik potato russet besar also only 260 calories. if you mix and match for example, potato salad with mayo, or potato filling, or potato wedges with heavy vege sauce, you get LOTS of volume, despite its low calories. it is also very kenyang (depending on the way you mix and match your ingredients)

My exercise is mainly bicycling, swimming, and DDR

OK ILL ADMIT. MAINLY DDR.

i know. its not manly. i like to DDR at my workplace punya gym. the girls say that men should play with torture machines.
but torture machines is not fun. furthermore, ppl playing with those torture machines are dubbed gay.

its not the tummy actually. its the skin around the balls

you can actually "feel out" your potential length even if ur fat. even now 5 inch is sticking out, you can still feel more potential length when you looking at cheesy stuffs.

running will KILL you. for fat people, running and jogging is the absulote way to destroy yourself before you even achieve any kind of weight loss. please dont do this mistake.

and cycling/swimming/DDR increases your calfs and your strength. but it doesnt increase your running stamina. tak percaya, eat up to 130km, then try running. lol!


as for my diet, i dont even know herbalife lol. i cook all my foods myself heheh. bento all the way! i love japanese. and if i see an anime with a cleverly shown bento, ill do it! many times i put the love seaweed on my bento. and my colleagues say i got girlfriend wtf.

and believe me. THERE IS NO MALAYSIA SAUSAGE THAT CAN MAKE OCTOPUS SAUSAGE CUZ ALL CHEAPO SAUSAGE

Buy cheap and heavy mountain bike. Since you are heavy. Go kerama mall got bicycle ship ter.it is around four hundred. Do not buy expensive bikes. Heavier bikes can take your weight better.

Secondly. . Obsession on losing weight is normal if youwant to lose weight. Without this obsession you will never do it successfully. All successful weight liars are obsessed. That's why to lose weight means to bea freak. If you're nota freak you will fail.

I want people to know, that there is a big difference between someone who stayed fat for extended period like me, and lose 50kg, to a person who purposely eat lots of calories to eat muscles

no matter what, gym trainers will never understand real fat people. Thats why some people cannot accept some of the points i have dished out.

Because in reality, the addiction to lose weight, the habits, and the loss of social life is hand in hand with the obsession to lose weight like crazy. and dont be surprised or be caught off guard. because these symptoms happen at an almost 100% rate to people i know that lost that much weight after being fat.

Now if you eat purposely to bulk up, then yes. maybe you will retain your "life and social awareness". maybe. i dont know. because i never done this before, hence i cannot say with experience.

From my experience, there are many ways to lose weight.

lifting, or simply hardcore cardio, all works.

It depends on your focus. I love dancing, and i can dance and dance for 2-3 hours at end, and have fun doing it. so i dont mind cardio.

But i do know some people are masochists. they love torture machines. hence, lifting is good. but be careful, and use a trainer. dont break your back. got one person he lift lift sampai slipdisk wtf. his life is now ruined. his copulation life also only left one style (and its not doggy style)
