maybe , when they say within one month, is actually equals to one month working hours , which is equals to 24 * 30 = 720 hours . which is equivalent to = 90 working days (if 8-hour work per day).

so 90 working days is equals to 18 weeks (if 5-day work week).

so 18 week from 1 month ago is about July 2015.

Come on, when they mention month, it's the working duration, not the effort.

i have one question here:

last year i appealed on one of penalty they impose on me due to late submission. at the end, they agreed to reduce the penalty amount by XX%.

however, this amount is not physically refund back to me but appeared as "credit" item in my tax ledger, i.e., they own me this amount of $$.

is there anyway to get back this money from them? i notice there is no column in the e-filing to claim refund from them.

Is 0.8% only. If you have cash back card, is still worth it thumbup.gif

How much it is? If not that much, just leave it for your next year's tax return.
I usually won't bother much on this even I overpaid rm2000 whistling.gif

Can't seem to be able to find any operating hours for LHDN PJ Branch in Trade Center. Anyone knows if they open on Saturday? Need to open tax filing. Thanks.

For last month and this month, LHDN should have counter that operates more than usual working hours to facilitate for filing purpose.

anyone else can provide some advise here?
leave it to next year filing obviously won't solve the issue since i will face the same issue next year, i.e., tax filing fprm do not have any section for us to fill in to claim back the outstanding money from tax dept.

Submit to your employer MTD with full claims, so that you owe them money then can write off.

The problem you facing is every year you eligible for money back from them so the outstanding money will always sit there.

I didn't print out the draft copy. Everything happened so quick once it submitted. What happened to the acknowlegement page where I can print everything after submitting?!

This new system is BAD! Will I have to call LHDN to get a soft copy?

Grr.

Edit: Found it. I can sleep tonight. What is annoying is how they don't have an English version
