Hi All, I'm new in Malaysia... I really2 need help.
I got a work in Malaysia but they pay me "daily" as consulting fee so i don't have a fixed salary. I got my Visa from my Company. I got here more than 2 months now. How can I pay my tax? How can i submit my tax, if my company don't provide EA form for me. What can i do?
if I have to pay 25% as an expatriate, i cannot afford for my self and my family expenses back in my country. I enjoy to work in Malaysia. I'm on probation for few months. What should I do if I got kicked out??
I'm desperate, Any help will do. Thx.

QUOTE(David83 @ Mar 23 2015, 07:38 AM) I think it depends if you're a tax resident. IMHO if you're not a tax resident, you're not required to pay tax. I heard non resident has to pay 26% of tax?

QUOTE(guanteik @ Mar 23 2015, 08:02 PM) If you are earning a huge amount and YET do you know how this can be calculated, I am sorry to say it's not as huge as we think. The tax payable for your huge earning based on guesstimates can be calculated through TotalEarning*0.2 = total estimated payable tax. David's just trying to help you. Oh.. like that... okay than... thanks for both of you..
