You cannot claim because your S&P is dated 2011.

You can only claim if your S&P is signed between 2009 and 2010.

me too.. I already submit 3 weeks still not got the refund... I rmb last year me do at early april only take 1 week plus get the refund.. what happen actually tax dept???

yalor hmm.gif dunno y this year taking so long to refund....past years usually within 2 weeks will refund if submit in March via e-filing...

maybe nowadays they really 100% chk???

Today I heard in the news that they will refund within 2 working days if file through eFilling. So if you have been 3 weeks or so.... then congratulations. Be prepared to receive letter.

maybe , when they say within one month, is actually equals to one month working hours , which is equals to 24 * 30 = 720 hours . which is equivalent to = 90 working days (if 8-hour work per day).

so 90 working days is equals to 18 weeks (if 5-day work week).

so 18 week from 1 month ago is about July 2015.
