they will create new term to translate english term.
eg.
independent - > berdikari (short term from BERDIri atas Kaki sendiRI)
football ->bolasepak
submarine ->kapalselam

hahahaha my suggestion is, joystick = Pemegang Kawalan / use "pegang" the stick while playing games..

Finally MiUi in Bahasa Malaysia..
Well, i am not really literate in C++ and all but i can help in translating if you guys are willing to have me..
Willing to learn and just a thought:
-all states have their won version of bahasa malaysia
-i come from Sarawak, so my native bahasa is melayu sarawak (a mixture of words borrowed for alot of races)
-bahasa melayu baku doesn't work practically, most of the time
-Malaysians are jack of alot of bahasa but few are really master of one dialect
-well, let's get it started.. ;p
