I have seen the Rinnai inner burner..will there be any problem cleaning it? Please advise. I am in East Malaysia.

There is no burner head. So cleaning is not hard. I used and clean it before, over boil something (under estimate the fire power) Just lift up inner cup and clean. Go to shop and check it out.

From your experience does any overflowing ever get into the glass through the sides of the inner cup? Or does spillage or overflowing get collected efficiently into the inner cup everytime. Hope you can share with me. Thanks!

I suggest to go and check for a 2nd time, look at the burner design carefully and the size of the inner cup. Then you will be able to decide better smile.gif

Also try to remove the filter for Fujioh GFP 900 hood, see whether it is ok for you.

After all the research and comparing with other brands, i believe you will be able to find the best combination that suits your cooking needs smile.gif

I dont sell Rinnai or Fujioh, never used them so cant comment much but all these maintenance issues are what customers feedback to me when they purchase Hood & hobs from me. Performance is good according to them, just maintenance.

The inner flame in the middle can hold as collection. I have not use glass before so got no comments on the glass. Because glass will always get scratch for any type of brand ibsee will sure scratch after sometimes. Good for looking practical so so only.

Most of the Rinnai hob i surveyed the top glass can take out easily, do check out from the seller if the newer model can/can't. Other brand not sure.

Check out the SG reno forum Here how the center removal look like.

http://www.kimm.com.sg/a-couples-decision-...ovation-part-6/

I did lots of research during my reno time on Stove, I like to use it rough and less maintenance. S.Steal still suite me. Use inner burner for a short while and now change to Rinnai older model for bigger size and also other requirement (FS related).

Think there is two seller here, but not very active. XamMax, Iamsobloodysick sell rinnai. Another is JF Home at USJ 9.

Rinnai also got different grade of glass, ceran glass, and the tempered glass. Ceran are tougher and of course more $$$

Hi all, is anyone here using firenzzi hood? Went one living and the sales person highly recommend the model below. Is it good?

Been using Firenzzi Hood (FCH9433) 4 years now, we do frequent cooking in the house, here are my comments:
Pro
1. Suction is very good, can cook sambal safely thumbup.gif
2. Post service is quite good, had 3 incidents, taken care by Firenzzi immediately
3. Post warranty parts and labor considerably cheap (though my motor is still in 5 year warranty but labor is not), motor runs around rm 1xx, I was told)

Con
1. Can be quite noisy if set to high
2. Had motor replacement twice in 4 years

Hope this helps others looking when choosing to buy Firenzzi hood.

There are two methods of improving smoke/oil extraction
1) Get a hood with stronger suction
or
2) Get a higher efficiency hood.

Hood with stronger suction power will definitely be noisier and according to Fotile's technician if a hood's motor consistently on full speed all the time, the motor tends to spoil faster. That is why Fotile's hoods with turbo booster has sensor and will only run on full speed if necessary.

Motor should b the most durable and most expensive part of the hood, if it breaks down twice in 4 years then quite unreliable, may be because it is at full speed all the time

Great smile.gif Do take note, not all dealers are selling the latest JQG 9009s with removable baffle plate as some dealers still have the old model where plate is not removable.

One thing I just learn that cooking hob that require electricity. I bought a Bosch cooking job and it has to be connected to a power socket on the wall. Without it the hob won't work. Meaning without electricity there is no flame
